What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pairs per style for stock items. For custom OEM/ODM orders with private label packaging, MOQ starts at 200-500 pairs depending on the complexity of the design. We offer lower MOQs for sample orders (50 pairs) to help you test styles before committing.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples from our existing catalog are ready in 5-7 business days. Custom OEM samples with new designs typically take 10-15 business days. We offer expedited sampling for an additional fee if you need faster turnaround.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes -- full private label service is our specialty. We can design and produce custom boxes, trays, inserts, and display packaging with your brand logo, color scheme, and specifications. We work with your designer or provide in-house design support.
What quality certifications do you hold?
Our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. We can provide products with FDA-compliant formulations for the US market and assist with CE marking for European imports. All materials are dermatologist-tested and cruelty-free options are available.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with a track record of orders, we offer net-30 payment terms. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
How do you handle shipping to the US and Europe?
We work with multiple freight forwarders to offer air freight (7-12 days), sea freight (25-35 days), and express courier (3-7 days via DHL/FedEx). We handle all export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Door-to-door service is available.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and can arrange a full tour of our production lines, QC lab, and packaging facility. We also offer virtual factory tours via video call for clients who cannot travel. Contact us to schedule your visit.
