Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Jurisdiction: Notwithstanding the arbitration clause above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Delaware for this purpose.

viviinnis reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
